Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using xumxwedges.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use xumxwedges.com or purchase any products from Fung Kiu Limited. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Eligibility and Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use xumxwedges.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
Products and Orders
Fung Kiu Limited sells shoes. All product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice. Fung Kiu Limited reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when Fung Kiu Limited ships the product.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Fung Kiu Limited accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout on xumxwedges.com. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are determined by the carrier and destination. Fung Kiu Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
No-Reason Refund Policy
You may return any eligible shoe product within exactly 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, without providing any reason. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must initiate the return by contacting Fung Kiu Limited at [email protected] within the 14 days period. Fung Kiu Limited will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Fung Kiu Limited.
Refund Processing Time
After Fung Kiu Limited receives your returned product and verifies its condition, Fung Kiu Limited will process your refund. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Fung Kiu Limited approves the return. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Fung Kiu Limited is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal beyond its control.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must submit a claim within exactly 7 days of receipt. To submit a claim, contact Fung Kiu Limited at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a description. Claims submitted after the 7 days period will not be accepted. Fung Kiu Limited will, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a refund. This 7 days claim period is separate from and does not extend the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on xumxwedges.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fung Kiu Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from Fung Kiu Limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fung Kiu Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of xumxwedges.com or purchase of any product. The total liability of Fung Kiu Limited to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fung Kiu Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of xumxwedges.com.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for the resolution of any disputes.
Changes to Terms
Fung Kiu Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Fung Kiu Limited will post the revised terms on xumxwedges.com. Your continued use of xumxwedges.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
